We appreciate a $100 deposit to hold your order. You can send us a check or send the deposit via PayPal. It appears as a credit on your bill.
When your animal is ready, we’ll let you know it’s time for you to call the processor. They’ll run through a set of questions about how you want your meat cut and wrapped (How thick do you want your steaks or chops? How many per package? What size roasts? Etc.)
We’ll bill you once we know the animal’s hanging weight. The processor will call you when it’s time to pick up your meat! If you order pork, you’ll pay for processing when you pick it up. If you order beef, the processing cost is included in our per pound price.
