We appreciate a $100 deposit to hold your order. You can mail a check to Derrydale Farm, 29757 231st Ln, Belle Plaine MN 56011 or send the deposit via PayPal. It appears as a credit on your bill.

When your animal is ready, we’ll let you know it’s time for you to call the processor. They’ll run through a set of questions about how you want your meat cut and wrapped (How thick do you want your steaks or chops? How many per package?  What size roasts? Etc.)  We use processors within an hour or so of the Twin Cities — most often in Lonsdale and New Prague, but sometimes in Belle Plaine and Hamburg.

We’ll bill you once we know your animal’s hanging weight and the processor will call you when it’s time to pick up your meat. You pay us for the animal and the processor for butchering, cutting, and wrapping.
